CYPRUS FOLK DANCING: The Flour Sifter's Dance. This is a Greek Cypriot dance of craftmanship. The dancer is trying to keep the four glasses filled with wine in the flour sieve, while dancing and twirling the sieve at great speed. Members of Zorba's Dancing Group are arranged around the flour sifter in the picture.
